Recently completed, well equipped villa with communal pool. Quiet hillside location with spectacular mountain views, approximately 0.5 kilometres, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Peñiscola, child friendly blue flag beaches and the famous Citadel.
Peniscola enjoys a vast range of amenities including many quality restaurants and shops.
The property comprises 3 bedrooms with kingsize en-suite, double, and twin. Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to a good size upper terrace with outstanding views. There is a house bathroom (with bath/shower) and washroom/toilet downstairs.
Parking for 3 cars.
This property benefits from full air-conditioning and extensive outdoor living space, perfect for relaxation/dining, having being constructed to a very high standard. In summer there is usually a gentle cool evening breeze blowing through the valley, which in the season can be most welcome!
Whilst children of all ages are welcome we do not recommend the villa for toddlers as there are external ungated steps. Internally there are two spiral marble staircases again ungated.
A travel cot can be accomodated in the master (en-suite) bedroom. It is also possible to transfer one of the single beds to the en suite from bedroom 3 providing flexible, family accomodation.
The villa is unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
Guests will be expected to provide a 300€ bond payable in advance in case of damage etc. This bond will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection. The villa is strictly non smoking! - (interior).
Please note all transactions (including the 300€ security deposit) are via International Banking unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques for non-uk residents and our Agents do not handle cash or cheques on our behalf.

Three double bedrooms with master en-suite - incl king-size, double and twin. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes/storage and bedside cabinets.

Two bedrooms enjoy direct access to first floor terrace with scenic (mountain) aspect.
Bathrooms
House bathroom with bath & shower, master en-suite and a separate ground floor toilet and washroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and ceiling fan plus air-conditioning. There is a seperate utility area with stainless steel sink, hot & cold water and washing machine.
Living Rooms
The living and dining areas contain 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs. LCD television (local channels) plus DVD and Ipod players. Fully air-conditioned.
Outside
Extensive outdoor living space, upper and large lower patios/terraces, BBQ plus dining table/chairs/parasol. There are 6 adult and 2 children's sunloungers. A communal pool is set in landscaped gardens, maintained daily and available mid -June to September inclusive.

Not suitable for wheelchairs/infirm.
Fully equipped, bedding and towels provided but guests need to provide their own beach/pool towels.

Changeover day
Villa available from 3pm (15.00 hours) on day of arrival. Departure by 10.00am. (These times are flexible if the villa is not let either side of your stay).
Prices
All prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday in the season (July, Aug & early Sept) and are fully inclusive, there is the possibility of flexible arrangements outside these times to take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights etc. Please enquire. We have agents in Peniscola who will meet you and hand over keys etc on your arrival.
